If you order multiple items, they will automatically be combined into a single shipment. Shipping costs are always calculated fairly based on the total value and weight.

Important Format Notice (Flat Mail vs. Parcel)

The favourable flat mail rates apply exclusively to flat shipments. Items that do not fit into a standard shipping envelope due to their dimensions or nature (e.g., thick coin boxes, albums, or rolls) will always be shipped as a parcel regardless of the item value.

From an order value of €150.00, shipping within Germany is free of charge for you (and will automatically be shipped via a secure and trackable method).

Important Shipping and Insurance Information:

Automatic Classification & Exceptions (Domestic): From an order value of €25.00, for your safety, items within Germany are automatically shipped with tracking (either as registered flat mail or an insured parcel). However, at the explicit request of the customer and with the payment method "Advance Payment", uninsured shipment is also possible. Please note that in this case, no liability can be assumed for loss in transit.

* International Flat Goods Shipping (EU) from €25.00: The stated rates apply exclusively within the EU and only for flat shipments. If the items are bulky, thicker than a standard shipping envelope, or require parcel shipping, these fixed rates do not apply, postage will be calculated individually.

* Worldwide Shipping / non-EU: For all deliveries outside the European Union (e.g., Great Britain, Switzerland, etc., as well as overseas), shipping costs are generally determined individually based on the actual weight, the total value of the goods, and the exact destination country.
