GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
GOVERNING LAW AND LANGUAGE
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. In the event of any discrepancy, misinterpretation, or conflict between the German version of these Terms and Conditions and this English translation, the original German version shall prevail in all cases.
POSTAGE STAMPS, COINS, BANKNOTES, ETC.
- Value Added Tax (VAT): All our prices and offers include the statutory German value added tax (VAT).
- Payment Terms & Default: Our invoices are payable within 14 days by bank transfer or by credit card via PhilaPay. In the event of a default in payment, default interest of 1% will be charged for each commenced month.
- Payment Methods:
◦ Within Germany: Bank transfer, credit cards via PhilaPay.
◦ From Abroad: Bank transfer, credit cards via PhilaPay. - New Customers: Orders from new customers will only be delivered upon advance payment (pre-payment).
- Shipping Costs: Please refer to our separate overview “Shipping and Payment Terms” for applicable shipping costs and conditions.
- Quality Assurance: High-quality postage stamps, coins, or collections are photocopied by us prior to shipment to ensure that no issues or disputes arise in the event of any complaints.
- Items of the Third Reich (Statutory Legal Notice):
Items originating from the Third Reich era are generally only sold by us after acknowledgment of and compliance with Sections 86 and 86a of the German Criminal Code (StGB). The buyer guarantees and assures that items from the Third Reich era are purchased solely for the purposes of civic education, defense against unconstitutional efforts, art or science, research or teaching, reporting on historical events, or similar historical purposes.
CANCELLATION POLICY (WIDERRUFSBELEHRUNG)
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This cancellation can be made in writing (e.g., by letter, fax, or email) or by returning the ordered goods. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your cancellation notice or return the goods before the 14-day period expires.
Alternatively, you can cancel your contract informally by completing and submitting our digital cancellation from, which is available at any time on our website via the “Cancel contract” button. You may also send your cancellation notice to us by email or post. Your statutory rights to cancel remain unaffected. The cancellation must be addressed to:

Consequences of Cancellation
In the event of a valid cancellation, any services or goods received by both parties must be returned. If you return the received goods in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss of value to the extent that the deterioration was caused by handling the items beyond what is necessary to inspect them in a regular retail store environment.
Return Notice: Items under complaint can be returned at our expense (within 30 days).

GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY (ECHTHEITSGARANTIE)
We guarantee that all items delivered by us are authentic and commit ourselves, for a duration of one year, to accept the return, exchange, or full refund of the purchase price if the buyer provides proof of counterfeiting. This guarantee explicitly excludes industry-standard items from collections, lots, mixed bundles, and estates.
